I'm starting this blog with the intention of criticizing, and complementing, every sold root beer of the US. Being based in CA, I'll start there. Or rather, here. Now I will be grading (rating and commenting) these beers as I discover them, in these categories:
Initial Flavor,
Texture/Feeling (there is a difference),
and Ending Flavor (or Final Flavor, as I like to call it).
This includes, of course, my final rating and my recommendations (or lack thereof).
